PikNPak System

The PikNPak system is designed to open and seal most types of pouches from single layer flat bags to multi layer laminated stand up pouches. Production rate for the unit is approximately 20 bags per minute based on a granular fill. You will need to incorporate a separate weight or liquid filler which will communicate with our PikNPak, allowing the unit to close and seal the pouch after it has been filled.

This unit requires a separate compressed air source capable of providing 80PSI of clean, dry air.
