IMPAK revolutionized the continuous rotary band sealer market by adding a vacuum function and then a gas flush function to our RapidSealer™ band sealers to create the VakRapid™ line. Now the VakRapid2.5™ represents the best of both worlds. These continuous belt sealers are capable of multiple vacuum and gas flush cycles, creating an ever lower oxygen environment in the pouch. The lever action nozzle allows the operator to hold the package for vacuum/gas flush when it first enters the machine, then it simply folds out of the way as the bag moves to the normal sealing area. While each are made to order, we do offer a few vertical and horizontal models through our site ready to be built.
