Our TeknaPore™ 571 pouches boast a peel strength of 2 lbs, ensuring easy peeling. During the peeling process, both surfaces typically remain unchanged, known as adhesive peel. However, for greater control over peel strength, consider opting for a cohesive seal, where the coating splits upon peeling, leaving coating on both substrates.

Header bags, made with TeknaPore™ headers, offer puncture and moisture resistance, making them optimal for EO sterilization, especially for bulky device packaging or as an added tray barrier. These bags facilitate gas exchange during sterilization while maintaining high visibility through their clear, puncture-resistant design. Common applications include storing bulky devices, serving as secondary tray barriers, assembling kits, containing tubing sets, and packaging multiple products as a cohesive set.

Self-sealing sterilization pouches feature a blue-tinted side for easy content visualization and a paper-backed side with self-adhering adhesive tape. These pouches are compatible with both steam autoclave and ethylene oxide sterilization methods. Their advantages include safeguarding instruments throughout the sterilization process and maintaining sterility until needed for use. Additionally, the ability to write directly on the pouches facilitates straightforward identification during sterilization procedures.
